Announcing Brand Customization: Bringing Warmth and Personality to Your People Speak Sites

At People Speak, we’re constantly listening to our customers and striving to create a platform that not only meets your functional needs but also resonates with the unique identity of your communities. In response to valuable customer feedback, we’re excited to announce our latest feature update: Brand Customization.

The Evolution of Our Design

In our past design refresh, we consolidated the look and feel of our platform across all customer sites. This standardization introduced a modern, more accessible design that improved readability and usability across the board. However, we heard from many of you that while the new design was more functional, it felt cold and less inviting compared to previous versions that incorporated your unique brand colors.

We’ve taken this feedback to heart and are proud to introduce new customization features that allows you to inject your site with the color, warmth, and personality that reflects your community’s brand.

What’s New?

Our Brand Customization update introduces the flexibility you need to ensure your People Speak site feels like an extension of your city’s main website. Here’s what you can expect:

Customizable Style Elements

You can now personalize the color scheme of your site to align with your city’s brand identity. You can select primary and secondary color, the theme color (light or dark), and manage the version of your logo. This will make your People Speak site look and feel more cohesive with your main city website.
